Avlore International strives to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy explains the terms for order cancellation, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

·         Before the order is shipped

·         By contacting customer support

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns

Customers may request a return if:

·         The product received is damaged

·         The wrong product was delivered

·         The product has manufacturing defects

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

·         Product must be unused

·         Product must be in original packaging

·         All tags, labels, and accessories must be included

·         Proof of purchase is required

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

·         Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

·         The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
